Having fun getting glow plugs out of my OM605. I believe the engine came from a 1996 C class. It now sits beautifully in my 1973 SLC. (I didn't do the conversion)
I've removed glow plugs 1 2 4 and 5 (only no.2 gave me any grief) but I can't get access to glow plug 3. (See picture).
There is some sort of vacuum device attached to the back of the fuel pump. I can't figure out how to remove it, only the top part needs to come off to give me access to the glow plug,
Any ideas?
