Whistle sound on light idle e250

Noticed as of late a slight whooshing sound under very light load coming from the front drivers side with the windows open.

No power loss, oil etc but a definite sound of air coming out and looking online believe that these pipes can be problematic?

Attached a photo as one of the pipes does have a slight weep as you can see?

Just asking before it goes in so am prepared

Just on startup. I have something similar...faint "whistle". It happen's only intermittently. I have tried to record it, but no luck so far in order to post sit. It does not seem to be coming from any of the engine belts... can only be heard from the inside, and seems to be coming from the dash area ...any one have any idea's?
