Good luck Alex, just wish you'd found a location closer to Ashford! Although we have Mastertech here, they're German Car specialists rather than purely MB, but so far they've been excellent with my MB so no grounds for complaint - and they also put me on to the bodyshop round the corner for them, who did an excellent job repairing my 968 after my plonker moment a few months back. I see there's a bodyshop just round the corner from you, be worth checking out their work for when a client asks for a recommendation.

Only other MB specialist I know of your way is on the old A20 just south of Brands/West Kingsdown, so quite a way from you. Hopefully you'll "borrow" some of their clients from north of Brands!!

Thanks, location choices were very limited, so I am glad I found something workable tbh.

There is, although I have had a few local recommendations for "the body shop" in Sevenoaks, so will be giving them a call.

I had an equal plonker moment in my CL the other day, so will try a prospective "partner" bodyshop on that and see how they do.

Congratulations and well done. I spent part of my latter life as a Business Advisor for Start-ups so let me know if there are any particular issues you need some guidance on.

I am of course, hemorrhaging money until we can get some business in too,
... which would be my first advice. Alway, ALWAYS, monitor cash flow as your number one priority.

Very true - decades ago a mate's father and a few mates quit London Docks and set up in flat roofing, got good work and recommendations but weren't actually getting paid, so went to the wall.

Many thanks for your offer, I will take you up on it.

hemorrhaging was not the right word, as it would imply uncontrolled. I am very aware of our fixed costs and they are all into funnelling new customers so all good :)
