Full retail including otr is with my extras 34,495.00
I'm paying 26,701.00 which includes the 5k on finance and 700.00 P/ex on a 55 Reg wife's Micra.
Well it is my 65th birthday next week and this seems a pretty good present.
BTW next week I'm borrowing from the dealer's a C200 D sport for 6 days so I can familiarise myself to my new car.

Only the change over price matters, this is how the general public get bamboozled by car salesman tricks...

Still the OP seems to have got a decent deal in this occasion.
Yes Lambo on Mercedes configuration page I worked out the full retail price then added the delivery number plates and first years tax and the total was 34,495.00 with all my extras.

I got 13% discount (3,673.33) on the total of the car with the extras (24,580.84 nett) before the delivery charge and vat was added. Then the 55 first year road fund.

700.00 was very generous I know, but I was up out of my seat when they only offered 400 and I said if that's all no deal, mind you it's a genuine 30k mileage from new, one owner only used for church on a Sunday, a Gideon's bible in the glove box, I even looked up on Google how to reset the spanner warning symbol on the speedo dash saying it was due for a service 18k ago. but before I was a fireman from 1969 to 1975 I used to be in the motor trade selling Bedford lorries and vans so I know how they work.

But would you Adam and Eve it, a couple of weeks before we p/ex it the bloody battery is knackered and I've had to buy a new one mind you a real cheapy at 36

Yup I reckon I've got a real good deal there. Thanks for all the replies guys.
