Angry MERCEDES R320 (W251) - 2006 model

Hi all, can anyone assist ??

Comand system has NO sound !!
it has Harmon Kardon, phone, sat nav, rear dvd etc etc.. children were watching dvd in rear with sound coming from the speakers, stopped/left the car and went back to it 20 mins later and there was no sound.... everything works as it should but the phone, sat nav, cd or radio..... the sound is still working from the headphone socket in the headrests. mute button operating fine..

guess the scenario makes no odds, but seems strange it has just gone caput without any prior distortion or noise!!

i have checked the AMP fuse in the boot - looks OK... i have pulled the fuse for command for about 2 minutes - made no difference...

there is no sound whatsoever no matter what function you choose, not even a bip!!!

can anyone help....
