Command!

Ok Guys!
So Command is all very new to me!
However, i am trying to copy music files to the music register. When accessing it, the option to copy is 'greyed-out' (as is every option!) what am i doing wrong? Also, 'SMS' in phone window is 'greyed' as well?
I would appreciate any help

Do we take it that this is the Comand unit in a 2010 E350?

I couldn't say myself, as my vehicle isn't as new as yours, but have you checked the manual - you should have quite an extensive one for the Comand unit alone.

Make sure the music files are MP3's..
If its a normal CD you will have to convert it to MP3 first then either stick the albums on a Cd / DVD or SD card
