Just bought the car going to get a service done gonna change oil air pollen and fuel filters and use 5w 30 oil castrol gtx, and was considering doing an engine flush has anyone done one is it worth doing? Please let me know thanks a bunch!

Just make sure the oil meets the MB spec for your car. MB229.something. Personally, I never use an engine flush. Just regular oil changes. May be good to put in a cheapo oil which meets spec, run that for a few weeks, then drain and refil with proper stuff - that's what I would do

Which oil would meet the mb spec, i dont think al go for an engine flush

The bottle will tell you what OEM specs the oil meets. You'll probably want MB229.3 or 229.5 for that car, but the handbook will say.

I too wouldnt bother with an engine flush. Oil which meets 229.1 or 229.3 is the one for your car. 229.5/.51 is too thin really although there would be no issues in using it.

Euro car parts sell Petronas Syntium 5000 xs that meets 229.51 approval. I bought 2x 4ltrs, oil filter for just over £30 last month

Got the oil castrol magnatex 5w 30 it meets 229.51 its on offer at Asda! 20 quid a bottle!

Look in the filler cap and don't use oil flushes unless its obviously full of crud,
even then it can be a risk disturbing it.
