I feel for you Robert, but, as you know having had the same experience.
My loyalty to MB has taken a serious knock.

that really is excellent, if sad reading. i will go back to the article when time allows and look at it in more detail (read the attachments etc)

i admire your endurance with this!

The trial transcript is a particularly good read, especially when MB admit that I was, in fact, not responsible for the damage to my car 'late in the day'.

Why? 'Cos most owners would never be aware of one owners plight. They have nothing to loose by fighting this, everything to loose by setting a precindent ...

well done for keeping going in what you believe in, a very costly experience though, i guess a fortune spent or maybe wasted on court and legal costs......

Robert, Well done for going on so long with it. There is too much lying involved for me, but you are a man after my own heart and I would still want my pound of flesh. What about Watch Dog or even a slot on Top Gear? Just a couple of thoughts.

I somehow do not think that a "Professional" break down engineer would connect jump leads the wrong way round, he does it how many times per day?

Well, that's the problem; he did not although MB contended that he, or I or somebody known to me did.

You need to optimise your meta content and ensure its submitted to google for the spiders to crawl it. That way it will start to make it towards page one for google queries against MB.

Good advice.

OP might also wish to make the site available as a downloadable .zip file and make the .zip file available via p2p.

Placing a properly named .zip file on Usenet makes the content pretty much takedown proof

Sorry if this has been mentioned, but what about an email to the BBC, or the Radio 4 consumer programme in particular.

Good idea. Now that I can send a link to the web page rather than a long and complicated letter somebody might take it up. Channel 4 may be up for a pop at a multi-national organisation. It depends if MB advertise with them!! ( or am I becoming to cynical?)
