Hi jack
It's a Jeep Grand Cherokee CRD with 5 speed Mercedes auto same a a C270
Darren

Hi Dazzle,

i'll still need the reg from you, or can you confirm the year of the vehicle...

Either way we don't stock an actual service kit, all the parts have to be bought individually.

Could you also confirm what sensor you are referring to as its unclear what you mean.

Thanks

Jack

Hi There

Thanks for your email.

Currently we have an offer on our website, where all items have a discount of upto 50%, pre-applied to them online. During this time, the club discounts are suspended (as the discount is already applied, and can therefore be MORE than 25%)

In case you find an item that has LESS than the club discount (25%) please feel free to drop us an email with the part numbers, and we will override the price, to match it.

This way, members with a club discount will always pay the club price (-25%) or less!

I hope that helps,

Jack

ive been trying for years to get this code to work and it never does, its just a ruse . i never get more than ten percent discount. the above about getting better offers is not accurate info. they are showing a ten percent discount online so i should be able to use the club discount to get my 25percent but it Never works.

gsf offer 30 percent often so its always cheaper at gsf even though i live very near an ecp they wont price match gsf so i have to drive 20 miles to get parts

I required a new alternator over run pulley
Looked online at various sites and could get one by Wednesday for £28
Tried to get the old one lubricated to last but It still was jumping.
So called my local ECP who had one in stock. £51
I asked if we still had received a discount and was told no
Bit disappointed but at least the car runs smoother with it

the problem i have with my local ecp is they very rarely have stock for my w210 and when they do its usually the same price as ordering from mb themselves and they have always delivered next day.

With their continual faux offers and sales they are turning into the DFS of car spares, something of a joke.
Very off putting for me, I look elsewhere first.

Out of curiosity I checked my invoice against ordering online.
I had to use the part number as the part supplied didn't come up against the vehicle. it
The exact part came up about £20 cheaper with their latest discount code.
I have sent them an email via here asking for a refund of the difference but they have yet to acknowledge the email.

I wonder if I should be saying this on here, but I have to admit I have decided to steer clear of our local ECP shop.

I ordered a spring for my wife's Citroen around the end of November and said I would be in the following afternoon to collect it.

So I got there and a couple were waiting.

I waited.

Another chap arrived.

He waited.

Now don't get me wrong, I realise the phones can get a bit hectic, but we were waiting a long time.

The people through the back could see we were all waiting...

I got talking to the couple and they had been there for somewhere around 12 minutes by the time I arrived so this was going on twenty minutes for them now.

We were all chatting and could see at least one of them was not on the phone.

The boss was also there, I recognized him.

So after they had been waiting too long the couple upped and left.

STILL no one came to say something as simple as "Sorry, we are busy on the phones, but someone will be with you soon..."

Common courtesy seems to have deserted the whole of Inverness if I'm honest and that irks me, but I digress.

I also decided to leave after another couple of minutes and told the last chap if he was still there tell them the three people who left had had enough.

So, I guess my gripe is more the fact they couldn't be bothered to show some respect for the people in the shop, obviously waiting a long time.

What happened to manners and good grace?

I've had exactly the same - it's a poor business model they operate.

If they want to be phone/internet based they shouldn't offer a counter service that they can't, er, service.

Poor show.

that said, the ones in the Durham branch ive usually used have been pretty good on the whole. although i can, usually, get the same items for within a few pence of the same price and half the distance for me to collect them.
