Hi all,

We (myself and a friend) are looking to begin a fabrication business.

We are allways making things for ourselves, and are looking to start selling the service!

We have to our disposal an extremely well equipt workshop, ready to make whatever anyone desires.

Machinery includes, CNC Lathe, CNC Mill, Mill, welding setup, Lathe, bead blaster, spray booth, metal benders of all sorts, 3d printer, and pretty much two of every tool you can imagine.

Things that have been made sofar for example:
Full exhaust setups, brackets, jigs, wheel spacers, bushings, mounts etc.. and that is just for cars.

For now, we just want requests of things people would like made. We can respond as to if its possible, and if it is we can try and make it. If your happy with it, you buy it! Simple.

So, what would you like made?

Thanks!

I don't need anything making (if only I had caught you in my last job, oh the turnover I could've put your way... alas) but I'd strongly suggest you make some name for yourself as a rapid prototyper. I think you'll have a viable market open right up to you there. You'd be astonished how many small manufacturing businesses want or need someone to make a new design iteration and will pay through the NOSE for it.

Just a suggestion, find yourself a good local plating specialist, and anyone who can do metallization. That way you can offer a "metal look" 3D rapid prototyping. There are some good companies in and around Londres for such things.

If you have 5 axis capability and can/ are willing to invest in handling titanium (you'll need forced air visors and sealed swarf bins) then start shopping around the F1 companies. Hinckley has a weird profusion of small machining businesses specializing in making F1Gp parts for some reason.
