E300 sat nav

Hi all I was wondering if someone has had the same problem with sat nav not picking up destination and the screen is somewhere totally different. Many thx

I have in the past not recently. It seemed to be at a certain part of the M6 just south of Stoke, everything went haywire! Had a few people commenting similar on the south coast - we reckoned it was interference of some sort

Hi John thx for responding evrytime u put in a destination it just tells u r off road and is somewhere totally different on map am from the north east it just started doing this a few weeks ago.. have had the car maybe 8 months now on a 63 plate e300 hybrid.

Sounds like it needs a reset (The Comand)

Would u no if this would have to go to a Mercedes dealer to have it reset.?

You can do it yourself by pulling the appropriate fuse for 10 minutes - word of warning though is that you may lose some of your presets and stored data.
Before that though let’s see if anyone else comments on the specific nav issue
