Its the AMG version so a bit lower

Can anyone confirm that I can fit 19" rims?

Thanks lots

Frankly I wouldn't recommend it. The reduction in ride quality and increased susceptibility to rim damage will make an expensive uncomfortable mistake.

You can....

I looked at a 2011 E Coupe that had factory fitted 19" wheels
It did look good, but with 30 profile tyres on the rear, as wide as they were, the drop from 35 profile was noticeable on the test drive

I wouldn't recommend it, but yes you can and I was told by the MB dealer who had it that it was the same suspension as the car on 18's

To add to that

What tyres would you recommend ?

I've got Conti's onbut the rear end can get pretty lively

Thanks

Perhaps not Pirelli P Zero either, mines pretty lively too, plus I think they are quite noisy as well

19s aren’t too bad, 18s are smoother and optimum on our roads- as others avoid Conti, P Zero...add to that orrible Bridgestones and stick with the Rainsports JB mentions or GY as Dry run- I’d also recommend on mid range Vredesteins - underrated tyres IMO...

Used to have a C63...

235/35 on the front of mine JB.

OP- I run Uniroyal Rainsport 3 all round on mine and feel there is a noticeable improvement in rear grip over the previous Goodyears.

Either tyre will work, the 235 will give more grip being a bit wider
Thats a myth. A wider tyre just gives a different shaped contact patch and a more stable contact patch when cornering, but is more prone to aquaplaning in wet conditions and will have poorer grip in snow.
