Cls 250 cdi sat nav screen frozen

My sat nav screen is frozen my dab works, any suggestions? Could be fuse reset to sort it or is it gps antenna and does anyone know if the fault would show
Up on a star diagnostic?

Hold the eject button down for 10+ seconds until the system reboots and see if any change.

No luck tried taking fuse out and no diffenrence
