How do I find the manufacture date on a mercedes benz battery

How do I find the manufacture date on a mercedes benz battery, is there a way to know this?

I seem to remember there was a date stamped on the terminals (must check mine!) which would go something like “909”, representing September 2009 in that case. If no-one chips in I’ll check mine if I remember....

All mine were stamped on the head of the terminal, think it's week and year.

Because and despite my knowledge of Benz a friend asked me and I have to admit I do not know the answer.

Yep , as above . I saw them stamped on the terminals when I fitted a new MB battery a few months ago .

Only way to tell is if it is > 13
