Cute museum, lots of Alfa’s, Jags, and an eclectic mix of other marques, bikes, scooters, juke boxes, models and period clothing, my wife initially wasn’t too keen to go, but even she enjoyed it. Lots of social history etc, well worth a visit if you ever visit Malta.

Yes, we visited that a couple of years back. They had a Lancia Fulvia on display that was for sale. We nearly had a long (and very interesting) drive home...

There is a partially renovated MGC for sale currently, shell looked nice, floors rust free, I think it’s been resprayed in its original ‘primrose’ -looked like just needs interior and bright work fitting....

I always liked Primrose MGs. I had an MGCGT in the 90's, but it was white. They need modified suspension etc to improve them.

I always yearned for an MGB GT V8 but had to settle for an MGB GT. By the time I could afford the V8 they had become classic cars and too expensive to run as a daily driver

The suspension could not handle the extra power & weight of the V8. Very twichy.

Also went about 2 years ago a great little motor museum. Well worth a visit if you are in Malta.

The V8 actually weighs less than the all iron 4 pot engine of the mgb.....

The different weight of the V8 upset the stability of the car. Handling certainly was not as good as the standard engine.
