Just topped up both washer bottles , and used a hose under all the wheel arch edges to get any salt out .
Dropped the old Clk battery off at the tip (it's still very heavy)!

An old B-Class.
Put it on the CTEK over night as a treat for the batteries. Researched water filters for spotless rinse and looked for jacks and wheel stands so I can get the wheels off and treat them with some sort of nano sealant.

Whilst on my travels yesterday, I noticed Halfrauds have a box set - trolley jack, two axle stands and a wheel brace (I think extending handle), for £65.

Just over 6 hrs behind the wheel of mine today on some of the most congested roads this small Isle has. Still a great place to sit and as comfortable a place to be as you’d want.

Changed the Oil, Oil Filter, Air Filter and Pollen Filter.

Followed by a a good wash with Autoglym UHD Shampoo! Including cleaning all the shuts in the Boot and Doors as well as those gulleys in the Rubbers on the Door Frames - filthy they were!

Then I vacuumed the Interior and cleaned the Rubber Overmats.

Of course doing all this I was constantly Opening and closing doors and think i managed to really stuff something up!

See Post in Electrics! (Link to follow). http://forums.mercedesclub.org.uk/index.php?threads/i-think-i-damaged-something.173458/

Just ordered sat-nav update card and pin from Comand. I've no idea how to update it once I've got the bits - but that's the fun :)

Installed a performance upgrade...

The new version as well :)

As for what I've done to the car, I've just put the battery on charge after it sending me several texts and emails complaining that it was in a "critical" state. Car's a bit of a drama queen.

I did venture briefly into the garage as I was going to give the 190E a quick clean but it's way to cold for me out there today.

Used the 230 as the commuter car today (210 on dog taxi duties).
