Ripped seat cost

Hello all
Does anybody know a estimate cost of repairing the seat
Is it leather I know it’s supposed to be but doesn’t look like it to me
I’m in the Manchester area

There is a long running problem with MB seat's that have an artificial imitation leather covering. It was covered in a fabric called " Artico " So if your seat is from a MB, do a search on the forum with " Artico " and you will get an idea of what is involved.. Good Luck !!!

Looks like Artico ie man made leather which is prone to splitting, a good trimmer should be able to help, one or two on here might be able to make a recommendation depending on where you live

It was a Dad & lad set up. They came & removed the seat, repaired & returned it within 24 hrs

On another note can anyone advise on a steering lock that would fit my c220 2013 ,I’ve looked a a few but not sure if they would fit
The one I have from my previous car doesn’t fit

Artico is crap, for MB it’s simply not good enough. The drivers seat base on my CLK has cracked.
Am thinking of changing seat bases from right to left. Is it difficult to dismantle the seat when its out of the car?
