Why would your Dog need a water filter ? They drink out of puddles don't they ? :D

If it was upto my wife, the dog would drink filtered / bottled water.....She says Poochon, I say mongrel......:). However I jest as I am also very fond of our dog.

There would be a big long thread about pampered pets excesses.

VW Scirocco. The Quattro, E350 CDi Blue Efficiency Sport Coupe, now both gone
This must be some kind of Record !!
Is Norris Mcwhirter still about :D
It takes me at least 30 minutes to do my wheels.

30 minutes Vincente???? For all of them???? When I'm in full on detailing mode it takes me over an hour to do each wheel.

1. Remove.
2. Wash.
3. Dry.
4. Touch in any chips.
5. Polish.
6. Reseal.
7. Refit.
8. Apply Autoglym tyre dressing .

It has also been known for me to wash the calipers properly when the wheels are off. :D:D:D

You should be able to put a pop-up gazebo up on your own.

This type https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00KJPMJWS

A water filter is cheaper however :

Have you ever tried to put one of these up?

I had one (a really good quality) and my son has a cheaper unit which gets used every summer. It can be done by one person but is not an easy job (or quick) on both the expensive and cheap models. Also as mentioned - watch out for a gust of wind........so by the time you have:

Dragged the bag out of storage
Opened the frame,
Attached the lower legs
Put in the roof bracing (better quality units do not need this)
Pulled the roof over and attached it (I'm pretty sure that it cannot be stored with the roof on as it will not fold down enough to go into the bag)
Dragged out the sandbags..
Anchored the whole thing down.........
........need I say more:)

The plastic on those Amazon units is very brittle and breaks easily (son has had two replacements) and if you buy a good one, it is about twice the weight of the Amazon unit.

They can be a pita on your own, great way of getting your steps up though as you’re constantly going round it moving a bit more of it out to expand it without stressing the joints.

Lost mine over the fence to the neighbours awhile ago. Thought it was dead but got it back and it survived with no damage.

Thinking of using one of these garden gazebos to put over the car in summer when cleaning and polishing, so difficult to plan with our weather.

When there was enough space I used one for displaying my car under in my classic car show/concours days.
Kept the showers off, kept me & the car cool.
Agree had to be careful in high winds.

Been busy doing my detailing today using Demon shine:p no clay bar, no DA sanders, no 3m or what ever rip off
maguires products and it looks great:) and it took me all of 30minutes result! Too much spare time on your hands
you lot:)

Fair enough. We all have differing standards & time available. As long as for you the result looks great that's good.
That said in 50+ years of car ownership, be it my own car or that supplied by an employer, I have never been able to wash & polish a car properly to my (not always concours standards) in such a short time.
You are right to be cynical about over-priced cleaning products. Detailing has been turned into a profession & for the commercially astute be they manufacturers or the detailers themselves a crafty little money-spinner.
