had a thread running "on the other side", so thought i would give this a go here.
The "lump" has 255/60/17 Goodyears on, they have done about 14,000 now and i suspect another couple of thousand to go. When i put them on, it came to £400 all in, now to replace with same its neared £550, so thinking of cheaper tyres. I do not drive it like i nicked it, i am very sedate now, but wife does use it to tow horse trailer.
It has been suggested NEXEN would be ok, also LANDSAIL.
Does anyone have thoughts or experience of cheaper branded Tyres ? Or am i really throwing good money after bad.
