Where were you?
Rosslare to Dingle to Galway and all back. Also Driven Belfast to Derry to Dublin and a few others. Most of the roads are vastly improved since I first started going over

Dingle can get a bit narrow...but I've found surfaces to be good.

I was fine on my R1100SS, it was the guys on the Japanese sports bikes that were suffering... I could see my front suspension working hard but I was floating over it. I had to give a lift to my friend on his R6 as he ended up with a flat front tyre.

My son has the same 20in wheels on his W213 AMG Line 220d and I am amazed at how well the car rides MB have done a really good job with the suspension I certainly wouldn’t be put off fitting them on that chassis

The car looks great by the way well worth the expense

When I bought this car a year ago it had some amazing 20" wheels, but they were the wrong ET and therefore caused damage to the rear arches (which I had to get repaired and probably will have to repair again....).

So I did some research, and made sure that I would get 20" wheels that were correct for my car, but I wanted a certain look. I wanted the dark look.

I saved up and bought some 'new' refurbished staggered AMG wheels from Germany complete with new Bridgestone Potenza tires and TPMS and here is the result. I know some people don't like 20" wheels but I love them, I think they really add to the overall look of a car.

The colour of the rims is 'titanium grey' and it looks amazing.

The comfort with these tires is the same as with the 19" but I do hear slightly more road noise.

If anyone wants to know where I sourced these wheels then let me know and i'll help. Same goes for the AMG red hub caps (I love them :p).

cheers
