I'm impressed...you did them yourself?
Not the windows and double patio doors, but did the Oak front door myself ( 5 coats of clear Yacht Varnish )

Real pig routing in weather-seals into an existing frame :)

Sadly couldn't find a drip bar in Stainless Steel to match the letter box

.... guess the postman hates me due to the low-level situ!

Just looked at her .... pretty dirty wet, cold and windy.
Crossed fingers for a dry day tomorrow.

Maybe I am daft, but I like to clean the car before putting her in for a service.
Somehow I think if she is squeaky clean, they will look after it better. And might prevent some other careless owner slamming a door into her, in the car park. :)

Fitted my visseeo mb4 I got from a member. Worked great.
Now going to start and lubricate
my glow plugs 2 of which are dodgy
It’s just a case of best stuff to use I am going to lubricate them for a wk or 2 before attempting removal.

Just driven through the river that is the M42/A42 to the M1 and north from Brum to West Yorkshire. My winter tyres did an admiral job (see what I did there ) keeping me pointing in the right direction and getting me home safe.

Huge amounts of spray and standing water, but with appropriate speed and great tyres a safe journey completed :)

The Missus let me take her SLK to work last night, took a few adjustments to get the seat position right, but then I discovered to the right of the foot rest and left of the brake pedal there was a nice gap to fit both feet and stretch out to the firewall, bet thats not in the handbook :D

I know it rough , cheaper decent makes online as pairs. But then you have to wait on them is the problem.

Washed the car ready for a trip to MSL tomorrow morning.
Now beating down with rain. I fancy it will be filthy by the time I arrive in Birmingham:(
