First Glitch!

My c207 is having it's first glitch, my sport button is coming on , on its own, when I start my car the E sign is on the dash, a couple of minutes into driving it switches to S mode on it's own, and won't let me switch back to E mode
When I restart the car it's in E mode but soon reverts to S on its own, it's only started doing it today, now I realise it's not the end of the world, but it is a fault, and it's bugging me, unless I've done something inadvertently to make it do this.
Anyone any idea's..

Can't read any codes, don't know how to, the button is not stuck, when I 1st start the car and I'm stationery I can switch between E and S but not when I'm on the move.

That’s funny Tony, I remember asking at a couple of main dealers if I could have S mode as my default, and they said this was not possible?

It starts in E but quickly changes to S on its own.

I think it must be all the “Mods” you’ve done it wants to be in Sport !! (Sorry that’s not really helpful)

What about if you use the paddles and drive it in manual, what happens then. ?

Just tried it with the paddles,
start off in E mode but goes to S mode on it's own after about 2 minutes, it's as though S modes got a mind of its own.
Anybody?

So it kicks you out of M mode ?

No, Manual works fine, but if you start in manual in E mode it changes to S mode on it's own, just as it does in automatic.
Hope it makes sense.

Hey, just had a thought, my cars minging, which is very unlike me, perhaps my cars
rebelling. (if only)

Done a bit of research, most seem to point to faulty sensors on the front shocks.
