Big fan of Brightwells, small auctions and not many in attendance

Some bargains were had there!
It’s in the middle of nowhere so very few attend. I bought a Motorhome there because the price was right and sold it for 1,500 more a couple of months later.
If I’d still been working in Hereford I could see I’d be there nearly every week...

Agree. All the 107's sold cheaply. Big price difference between them and retail dealer prices! 10k in some cases.

definitely some bargains there , makes you wonder about the current state of the classics market, It looks like it has past its peak and is now finding a more long term lower level perhaps supply probably outsripping demand at those prices and a lot of unsolds Still better value than a PCP tho IMO, even sizeable maintenance bills likely to dwarf annual PCP payments where you end up with nothing. Plenty of Cheap Porsches there! and that CL500 !

Interesting point, I think that the classic market will drop significantly. Reasoning is that those who are interested in them are getting fewer in numbers. I don’t see millennial hipsters interested in them so once the current owners shuffle off there’ll be much less demand.

Oh I think the demand is still there, you do see young as well as old as owners of them. I would love a Classic but I havn't really got the space for one and it would not be a good plan to keep it outside on the road. :(

Maybe the high ticket ones will start to come back to tail off, but even to-day some of the numbers that are being recorded at Auction Houses like Bonhams etc at the moment are still right off the Richter Scale.
