124 230e replacing timing chain

I'd be inclined to change just the tensioner. Sprockets and chains usually wear together. A new chain will either wear the sprockets or wear itself to fit the sprockets. If the chain isn't rattling leave well enough alone. These are duplex chains so last very very well.

Just an update,
Fitted new timing chain and tensioner, radiator and awaiting new front grill and drivers seat.
Car repainted, new windscreen and minor welding on panel near jacking points.
Back on the road once lockdown is lifted.
Happy Days.
