VW Scirocco. The Quattro, E350 CDi Blue Efficiency Sport Coupe, now both gone
Completed the Sunday ritual wash and also ceramic coated the paint and alloys, included is the pics of the newly painted calipers too.

Almost forgot, the new front discs can also be made out in these shots too. All I need now is some bedding in time which doesn't look like it's going to happen any time soon due to the lock down. :(

You should try insuring 10 and taxing 6 and moting 8 cars Chris......:D

Jings, I thought I had a hard time of it with insuring two, taxing two, MOT'ing three and servicing four.

I originally posted this Wednesday morning but Anusol is by
Far the best product for your tailpipes bar none
Used sparingly your tips will be gleaming

I do trust you meant Autosol?

That damned autocorrect John, it'd get you hung.

The inuendo was brilliant, was it unintentional or just a senior moment?

Luckily I only get 3 serviced at an Indy :D

Lucky you, my immediate family all think I should just drop everything and run after them, when they tell me their car needs a service.

I wouldn't mind so much but, they are all "thank you jobs".

Mind you, I draw the line at paying for the bits for the two boys cars.

Swmbo at least cooks and cleans for me, so there is some reciprocal payment in kind. Oo-er, missus.:D

At least with the lock down Jimbo you can have some time off from doing those 'Thank You' services ;)

You've got to be kidding Peter, just shows how little you know my children and Swmbo. In fact I'll be going into work tomorrow despite being on furlough to pick up oil and air filters and oil for No. 2 son's car, which he'll expect to get done when we get home.

As soon as I informed Swmbo that I had been put on furlough she said, "Ok make a list of things to do so that you don't just sit on your chair playing on the computer and eating rubbish and vegitating through boredom".

As it stands at the moment I have the following chores to work my way through.

1. Paint the bathroom door and finish off the new bathroom installation. (Now done).
2. Weed the garden.
3. Repair the pulley in the kitchen.
4. Do a clear out of all the clutter in the cupboards.
5. Go through my in tray and dispose of all the unnecessary clutter/paperwork.
6. Make up and fit the new hose pipe attachment in the airing cupboard for the water hose for my pressure washer.
7. Make a new CD for my works van (low priority).
8. Wash and ceramic coat my own car. (now done).
9. Go into work and get the parts to service Stuart's car (No.2 son).
10. Paint all the garden fencing.

The only good part of it all is, that I can do it in any order I like.

As you may have gathered, I'll be glad to get back to work for a rest.

Ahh, understood now John, I only saw the post an hour or two ago.

I thought you were extracting the urine at first, then I had the "senior moment" thought, something I am quite prone to myself, lol.

I did volunteer to remove it the last time I remodelled the kitchen but Swmbo said it was so handy, I was just to tidy it up and refit it and it lasted nearly fifteen years.

The kitchen's due to be remodelled this summer again and again the pulley's to be tidied up and refitted... must be the tight arsed Scot in us. Tbh it saves a fortune in tumble drier running costs. :D:D:D

I had a 13’ GNU version over the 4 oven AGA. It was so heavy to pull it up when full that I converted it with an electric winch...
Getting micro switches to ensure it switched off was the most challenging as the management at the time wasn’t the most electrically or mechanically minded or sympathetic.

Wow that has come up beautifully buddy . Looks like we all have clean exhaust pipes now

These were imported from california when I was looking for a stock exhaust so very little in the way of corrosion. I use a 2 stage polish and sealant called britemax twins (an odd name I know)
