just got my clk 220 cdi on the road as I was about to turn 70 yrs old I decided to treat myself to an automatic two of my sons have Mercedes and I was impressed by them and I love the way it drives and cannot wait to do a long haul when restrictions are lifted.

Welcome. This is a great forum with some really knowledgeable people. Nice car too, l've recently purchased a cracking CLK220 CDI with just 50k miles and I'm now enjoying it after a somewhat shaky start - my previous daily driver was a C280 202 C class which I'd had for almost 12 years and l was initially very uncomfortable with the CLK as it has so much complication in comparison. I do hate changing cars though and this one will most likely be the last car l ever buy.

If you think your 2007 car is complicated, don’t try a current production car
