It's had a go over of raceglaze signature 55 wax. Is there a coating you recommend?

Only took 15 minutes to get on the Mrs nerves about it :D
If I was going to the trouble of correction, it's worth the extra to go a ceramic via your detailer. Probably a few hundred on top/it will be various options from them, personally I have had Gyeon MOHS on my last 2 cars including the 63 , which was Obsidian like yours ...

Ah wow that looks SO shiny.

We did discuss briefly but I told him I'm having some of the paint looked at (likely both sides will have some smart fixes in places and lacquered over entirely.) So will be inviting him back once that is done to ceramic coat the fresh lacquer.

It was £260. The bumpers and skirt didn't need any correction as they were only painted about 6 weeks ago so he said it was a bit cheaper than it would normally be for a large car.

He arrived at 9 and left at about half 6, the entire day he was on the go. Unbelievable work.

If anyone has an older car then this has to be the most cost effective way of getting it looking amazing again. Especially if it is of a darker metallic colour.
Looks really amazing, bet you're well pleased with the result, especially at that price. Who detailed it?

Took it for the rear wheel straightening. Only took a second tyre shop to tell me it was buckled

I feel like this too but there's a problem. It's only by playing with the buttons that we find out what they do. Either that or RTFM & nobody enjoys doing that. I've read mine cover to cover several times but only really learn from prodding.

Lol, I played with the buttons not long after I bought the car too, and set the winter speed limiter to 130. Couldn't understand why the car died at that speed. Had it on the dyno too and no faults showed  AMF finally got to the bottom of my intermittent performance issue, but had nothing to do with the speed limit being set by me  I have learn't my lesson, speed limiter set to 'OFF' :D

Replaced the rear electric window regulator on the W124 a fiddly job and replaced the blown fuse on the fronts all the windows work now:)
