Hi everyone,

Moved from a 2005 ford fiesta, to a 2015 C250 CDI premium plus. My gosh what a change it is. Love the car pulls insane and loving every second of it. My question is I've bought it and it comes with a full mercedes service history the dealer I had bought from says they're all digital now? Is this true? I have the paper work with the service miles when it was done. How can I check what's been done to it? Also it does this thing when I slow down nearly to a stop it feels like it bogs down/ wants to stall. But only like 10% of the Time?

Hello and welcome

I also went from a Fiesta to a Mercedes… only with ~20 cars in between…:p

Yes, servicing is now online, a friendly indie or a main dealer can access the history for you.

You can’t, it’s a dealer or “indie” with the right access

Sure, what tyres do you recommend because sometimes my back end likes to slide even with the traction flashing? Just want long lasting and a bit more grip

Depending on how many ££s you want to spend. I have always found continental 5s very good. Everyone has there own preference :D

Yeah I know its a controversial subject, and I don't want to spend mega £££ just a normal amount something all-round as it rains half the time.

You can access your digital services online through the Mercedes me portal but you will need to get the main dealer to register your car to your account, see picture attached

We always have uniroyal rainsports or Michelin pilots in my house. Haven't fallen off the road yet so never felt the need to change....

.... Although I bought my current car with budget tyres on the back. Not had it out in deep water yet but can't wait until they're worn out and I can replace them with something proper.

I will say that the pilots squeel a lot less when they rub on inner arches of a volvo!

Ah I've heard of uni royal, are they more for wet weather? And what specific Michelin pilots are they? And I'd love a C63 but maybe a long way off!

Mis-matched from front to rear or mis-matched on same axle. If they are mis-matched on the same axle that needs to be put right

Hello and welcome
Many things to say Wolfy95.......what is a Fiesta, buy the cheapest tyres, I did after finding they are just as good as the expensive brands, it sounds like you are driving the car properly :D expensive tyres wear out just as quick as cheapies when driven properly. Just for the record my youngest lad drifts a 500hp Nissan and he buys the cheapest new tyres available as these last surprisingly well and have the best grip
Getting the entire history of the main dealer is difficult as they won't give you copies of the invoices because it isn't your name on those.
I tried will my 55 and failed miserably.
Good luck though as they'll let you have the digital print out. ;)
