Cleaned the car last weekend, 5 days and 300mls later a quick spray with the detailer and a buff and incredable! Bugs simply wiped away, road dirt wiped away, shine back, excellent product :D

these days its usually the bugs that speed to get out of the way of speeding cars.. Funny enough tho there was an eviromentalist on the news some months ago, and he was blaming the speeding motorists for causing a decline in the number of birds in the countryside, as the cars were killing the bugs and depleting the feeding reserves of the birds..so drive slowly

Thanks guys, steered off topic within 2 posts!!

Mind you there was a project last year, asking motorists to count the number of bugs squished on their cars!

Back on topic... This stuff really is good. Put it in the car for when attending a GTG. Quick wipe over on arrival and pristine shiny car!

I have a bottle of it but have not used any yet. I am a believer in Meguiar's polishes. Is it easy to apply, and you say that you used a mop/buff

Simplicity itself Malcolm. A quick spray, one panel at a time and wipe with a microfibre cloth. Bugs, grime all gone. Buff with a clean microfibre cloth and back to the shine!

Did the car in 10min, even works on the alloys (but use a different cloth)

We are talking about just road dust etc., if it had rained over those 300mls I think I would have used the hose first.

Also the possibility of less bugs getting squished..as most will just skid off

Their tyre dressing is good, but it will still make your trousers black if you brush up against a tyre in a confined space.

Try gel (not the hair variety:D) it lasts longer and is kinder to your 'tires' as the 'mericans say, see attached: http://www.pinnaclewax.com/tireswheels.html

Thanks a million Dosco,, that explains so much and makes sense. amazing that I go around all of my door and roof rubber seals with silicon that is the perfect rubber preservative, yet I did not relate it to the tyres.

Thank so much again:D
