Grinding noise

Hi,

I bought a X reg Mercedes c260, all was ok very happy with it! i have just had it serviced, & new ball joint..... but it keeps making a grinding noise now an again under the drivers floor which is starting to worry me!! it just happens during normal driving!

Anybody ever experienced this before??
