Hi,
My E320 W210 had a transmission rebuild by a professional automatic specialist. Unfortunately they were a victim of the recession last year.
I took the car to another specialist who fitted a new electrical switch and 'o' rings to the 722.6 but when I got it home I still found oil leaking.
I am getting a bit fed up with this now. The car has not done a huge milegage since the box was rebuilt and should not be leaking.
Does anyone have any first hand knowledge on what might be causing this?
I am assuming it is not anything stupid like the oil pan gasket, as this was checked about 6 months ago and the oil and filter was changed as a precaution 1000 miles after the rebuild.
Thanks,
John
