You could try mig welding them, they wouldn't leak afterwards but your fillings would shake out when you drive along :rolleyes:

Personally I couldn't be bothered welding exhaust on the w201, so just recently got a new BOSAL one for only £40. sorry if that pi@@es on your chips! I dont have the same dedication as you I dont think, maybe
