The link below is to a chart of all the wheel and tyre combinations as fitted by Mercedes-Benz, AMG, Brabus and Carlsson.

http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/information/fitting_chart/mercedes-benz

When trying to establish if a particular tyre size is suitable, or if a certain rim size/offset will fit, then it is a good place to check.

It is periodically updated to include the new model releases.

Advanced: if the tyre size you are considering isn't listed against your model then it probably won't be suitable. Imagine the volume occupied in the wheelarch by a wheel of specific diameter/width/offset listed on the chart > if your wheels in question would sit within that volume, then you'll probably be ok!
eg 18x10ET25 is the largest size mentioned for a model and you're considering 18x9ET35 > then yes they'll likely fit!
eg 17x8ET55 is the largest size mentioned for a model and you're considering 17x8.5ET60 > then there's a good chance that they won't fit without a bit of bodywork labour!

Can I bolt W212 wheels straight onto my 2008 W211, and will there be any adverse effect?
Thanks

They will but you need the right ones with the right ET and width

Thread revival time:Oops:
I have searched here, plus the Alloywheeldirect fitting chart but would like the opinion of the members here as well.

Currently running 245x40x18x8.5j ET30 Fronts and 265x35x18x9.5j ET31 standard AMG 1V 5 spoke wheels on my W211 E55.

Now considering a set of 235X35X19X8.5j ET35 Fronts and 265x30x19x9.5j ET38 Rears.

Simply, will they fit without using spacers, or fouling the calipers or arches please?

Thanks!

Any chance of a little help as I'm really struggling to find the info.

I have a W203 c class c220 cdi coupe running the standard 16s.

What I want to fit to the car are C63 amgs that are the following spec:

Front alloy wheels: 18x8" ET45
Wheel part number: AMG B66030098
Additional alloy part number: A2044013902

Rear alloy wheels: 18x9" ET54
Wheel part number: AMG B66030099
Additional alloy part number: A2044014002

Any chance someone can confirm if they will fit and what tyre size would be suitable?

You cannot use those wheels on a 203, they are 204 wheels with a very different off set, and the wheels would foul the brake calipers.

Ah thats a shame, but thanks so much for confirming/

Desperate to find something to fill the arches, the standard wheels sit so far in and look so boring

You are right Pete, the 203 is 12mm and the 204 14mm

Hi all,

New here but thought I'd let you know I have Mustang wheels on my Vito 120cdi and they were fitted by the last owner and do look good and have no adverse effect. When cleaned, I'll get some pictures. They are 17" alloys which with the tyres slightly under read by approx 3% on std 16" wheels and tyres, which I also have, (they came with the vehicle).

Sorry if this is not in the right pace, but new here and thought you may like to know what fits !

AMG or not

I own a CLC 200CDI.
To my surprise  the car was fitted with wintertyres.

Bit stupid of me not seeing that before.

But I wanted wintertyres so now I need to buy summertyres !

I now also want 18" I found the tables saying I can use :
7 1/2 J x 18 H2 ET 36 225/40 R18 front and back

But a AMG can use on the backwheels:
8 1/2 J x 18 H2 ET 30 245/35 R18

So what is the difference between a AMG an a not AMG. Will these bigger backwheels also fit on my car?

Would these fit my SL55 without problems?

(the profile might be too high—same as my 18s?)

If I need spacers... which do I need?

Thanks!

I can't find wheels that fit over huge break calipers

Hello all I am new here so please do let me know if I do anything wrong thanks. I have a C220 avantgrade deisel 2.2 2005. I am struggling to find alloy wheels that fit over the huge breaks on the front two wheels and don't stick out too much. I was wondering if anyone knows of websites or shops that may specialise or may stock nice alloys to fit! Let me know if I've missed out any information. Thank you guys for reading.
