boot keeps opening

Hi, Every time i unlock my 2001 clk200k cabriolet with the key fob the boot also opens! once closed and driving around it is fine however when you stop and then open either of the front doors the boot opens!! Help... Any ideas what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The plastic on your key is pressing down on the boot openning micro switch, the plastic might be cracked, mine used to open every time i passed near the car. A replacement case fromm E bay would do the trick, loads being made in China.

I was thinking about this while eating and I have come to the same conclusion as giuseppe above, that is the most likely, more than a problem with the PSE pump

Yes you have a good point,,so it is something weird and horrible, got to be a fault in the PSE pump and plenty around from breakers
