clk320 1999 cabriolet problem

hi all

Wondered if anyone could help me.

i parked my car up last night and it was fine, Got in it today and my roof light stayed lit, headrest light stayed lit and all the windows have stopped working. therefore roof will not operate either.

any help much appreciated.

ok got in the car this morning, all was back to normal with everything working, now im concerned about using the roof or windows, im geussing rain got somewhere and caused this?

have you any ideas at all what it could have been ?

Your first stop should be to a local indy to get your fault codes listed.

As Mark above a STAR test has to be the way to go with an indie

It happened again then back to normal. Does the car store the fault codes then? What if it's just water getting in somewhere or a lose connection or something ?

Indeed, have you had a look for such things yourself yet?

If eg a plug loose connection, a fault code check and further DAS guided checking will help pin down which one - there are many on the car...
