Fitting window regulator on 95 w124 advice needed

Anyone know Would the rear window regulator of 95 w124 drivers side fit front drivers side. Are these regulators hard to fit ..... anyone done one .
Would be using own motor.

I can send you the instructions,,,, if it has lost a tooth most just build one up with weld and file to the correct profile

As said they're different (front to back, sided and coupes/convertables are different to saloon/estate fronts) and it's usually wear on the first few teeth that stop 'em from working

Doors in general (trim removal, glass, locks, seals etc)... http://www.w124performance.com/service/Index/Groups/72Doors.htm although as with all manuals/instructions it assumes you can still wind the window up and down...

Like everything in life practise makes perfect... Lets hope I don't need too much practise and once will do :)

Like all jobs, when you do it for a living, you just get on and do it, when its for yourself, you look around and fiddle here and there, and a perfect time in this instance to check the door drain and deal with any rust that may be there

Thanks for advice guys and the instruction Malcolm sent were very useful Got it out and welded then cut 3 new teeth in it ,,,, works as new now ,about 1 -2 hrs over all to complete. So thanks to forum members again saved me a few quid.
