Have to admit that chart is making my eyes hurt. Im not to clude up on my mercs and the model numbers

They are too big, ideally you need an 8x18" ET35 all round with 225/40 R18" tyres

OR

8x18" front (225/40) and 9x18" rear (245/35)

Your car is a w203, and the cls is c219.

The rear offset will mean they stick out quite a bit. And the tyres are far too for your car. 18 x 8.5 is fine...but the rear offset is too far out.
