Has anyone been able to get "seat memory" function added to an E class that has electric seats?

It can be done but an expensive exercise, switches and controllers for a start

After the luxury of my Volvo V70 leather seats with memory I now find my E250 W212 a pain to adjust every time my wife has been driving.

I think I need a bigger wife!

That would not work as the food consumed would cost more than the fuel the V70 used.

I'm the same. My mere Vauxhall has memory settings & I miss them. EmilysMum won't drive my Merc - too big  - but she doesn't need to get any bigger ........ she's big enough already!

I'm OK ...... she doesn't read any of my forums! ;)

A minor "out of position" seat would not normally trouble me but these so called "Sport" seats with their over inflated side supports mean that unless the seat is returned exactly to my required position I end up with back strain.

I'm seriously contemplating how to "crush" these lugs into a more compact size. Unlike my V70 the W212 does not have zipped access to the interior and undoing the lovely stitching is a "no no". Also I assume that somewhere buried in the seat is a side air bag?
