No resets required after battery disconnect

I had my battery disconnected for 2 days whilst waiting for a replacement alternator.

I was surprised that when I reconnected it, I got no warnings.

I did not have to reset the steering angle or the windows. The only thing that needed attention was the clock.

Is this unusual?

I've had the car for over 10 years, I should have found it by now!

There was no resets required when I fitted a new alternator to my C220, and that also was disconnected for a few days.
