I have changed my pads and sensors on my 2006 cls500. i changed 2 front sensor and 1 rear sensor. i still see "service brake" error on my dashboard. Any idea how to reset this ?
The system is still open circuitit could be a faulty sensor.
easiest way to check is to unplug the sensor from the chassis end and short out the two holes in the socket with a piece of wire, then check the dash again, the one that puts the lamp out is the falty sensor

1. Ensure all the sensors are installed properly (Two front sensors are different, there is one for the right hand side and one for the left hand side. Right one will not fit on the left side and vise verse.
2. Put the key in ignition turn it on but do not start. Go to the error message.
Press the reset button for about 5 seconds. (Reset button is the knob located next
to the cluster)
