The CLK is one of only three cars I've taken through the 100,000 mile milestone.
The previous cars E320 cdi and a Saab 900 Turbo.
Until quite recently the CLK averaging 24.1 mpg (80% motorway/20% urban)
Hopefully.............Next report at 200,000 miles.

I might get my CL up to 100k in 10 years time, its 45k right now, and 3k of the 5k miles that I have taken it were done on 1 trip :(

My previous 3 cars were bought at around 100 000 miles. My current Omega has 178 000 miles on the clock & was bought at 95k, previous Senator bought at 113k & sold at around 180k and the Senator before that at similar mileage ;) ;)

I've just sold my CLK after 108,000 miles in 8 years.
A nice car but I've had a lot of electrical problems, especially in the first 5 years.
Fortunately after the warranty expired I took out a 3 year service plus agreement so it was all covered.
Recently some of the problems were starting to re-appear, memory seats and comfort steering wheel moving intermittently.

I just hope they have ironed out all the glitches in the 204.

I just wanted to hijack a thread and say how good my car is, I really love it and it has made me so enthusiastic about having a Mercedes again. Agile, quite rapid, cheap on fuel and no reliability issues and big enough (just) for all my gear.

What a car. Thread, consider yourself hijacked!!!!

.... too many cars!
100,000 miles eh? I remember the first time I saw that magic figure .... it was in a 1981 VW Jetta Diesel ..... which was only 18 months old and half way through my period of ownership.

I dont do those silly miles nowadays ... 80,000 Kms a year now !!
