Heater Blower not working..Happy Xmas All

Well greetings all
My heater controls and blower motor are not working. There are no lights on the heater controls..Its 2002 cl500 215...As a result its difficult seeing out the windows.
checked Fuse 33 but that looked good..Any ideas please?

F47 is one possibility
F6 possible but dont think so 7.5 amp
F23, a good chance 10 amp

well checked the fuses in 3 locations and all seem good ..any thoughts. I do have power to command but nothing is working there just some dashes on instrument cluster when scrolling through menu

OK thanks for that,,,so nothing on the comand working so could be the EIS switch not switching but the comand should work with ignition off I think.

See what I can find

Not easy,,,, it needs STAR for either the left SAM is corrupted or lost its memory or EIS,,,Could be CAN, but STAR is needed

I wasent aware that can might be the problem...if its lost its memory then its true what they dont say about cars and their owners.many thanks..have to get it on the machine..

Yes it could be a CAN problem to loose all of what you have, again the CAN comes from the EIS and things stored in a SAM.

None at the monent, but there's an OM642 in the Jeep Grand Cherokee!
