belt tensioner.

hi all,I have a 54 c180 kompressor,75712 miles petrol.The problem i have is it has sheared off the bolt holding the auxiliary drive belt tensioner three times and unscrewed the bolt twice stripping the belt on each occasion.The tensioners are genuine M-B replacements as are the belts.Alternator bearings changed to no avail.all this has happen within 3000 miles,any ideas as to whats wrong?

I dont know if the crankshaft pulley is running true.car is with garage at the moment.will instruct them to check that out.

I *strongly* recomment that the alternator mount be checked for alignment. Had a Sprinter that did 5 belts in 5 months, was the bracket that bent after the first belt went.
