Odd thing happened today with the W124. I arrived home, got out of the car, opened the rear door, took stuff off the back seat and went into the house. About 30 minutes later I went back outside, closed both doors and locked the car with the key. (no remote locking on this one) I went inside, looked out the kitchen window and I noticed both front windows were halfway down.

How does that happen?

Either in the wing side or under the seat,,,, I will have to look it up, my memory fails me:D

My reason for saying what I did was that if you disconnect the battery the windows will all drop ½ way down once the caps have drained in the comfort box, a relay may have stuck as a one off see hoe it goes.

You may have to memorize those windows again,,, ignition on and close windows, hold switch for 5 seconds

Thanks Malcolm. I'll use the W124 tomorrow and do that!
