Morning All,

Started the car this morning to discover;
no instrucment cluster at all, no background lighting, no speedo, revs, fuel gauge, computer display.
No high beams except if I flash stick manually.
No indicators at all, not even through parking lights.

Radio works but not through steering wheel interface.

I read through the other threads but nothing jumps out other than loose cable & fuse gone.

I've had a number of electrical fauolts with this car over the years & I suspect this is an intermittent fault. Car drives fine otherwise.

I do not think there is any fuse for this, but I can check later in the day,,, if the cluster is at fault then firm fix them for just over £100 plus vat

Cluster came back to life at lunchtime !!!

Thanks Television, don't go to trouble.

Instrument cluster operating as normal again 4 hours later. Not sure should I be happy about that. Still It all helps to persuade herself that I need a new car.

Still intermittent faults however, SRS & airbags.

If anybody has experience of this they might advise.

Has the instrument cluster ever needed to be out of the car, if so the loom which plugs into it could be loose.

That could all be tied up with some EIS fault, and it is not switching the circuits in or it cannot find them
