Heated seats on ML

My heated seats stopped working. the lights on the switches come on OK and even time out as usual, but no heat
Could be the elements but they all stopped working together so I dont think so.

Any ideas?

The elements sometimes develop breaks, particularly if someone has kneeled on the seat at any time. Your best bet is probably to check if the plug underneath the seat has come loose as a start point.

The wires do break going to the pads, but to lose both at the same time, its hard to think it is that,

Thought it may be a relay problem but which one?

F28 is the fuse for both seats and relay K59 and 59/1 and cushions
