W124 bumper

Are face lift and pre face lift front bumpers on the W124's (ignoring if AC is fitted) interchangeable? Just want to be certain b4 I purchase.

I think they are the same basic shape and will fit but isnt the chrome trim different?

The bumpers are all the same, you just need to drill holes for the chromes.

What bumper do you need?

The bumper I would like is an AMG GenII, but it would seem that I can fit a GenI as well if that's all I can find.
