Hello,

Im new to a Mercedes and this forum.

Im in a bit of a problem, i have slid my chair back and the chair is now stuck, it appears the drop pin that locks the chair in place seems not to be lifting when pulling the lever up to pull the chair forward/back.

Can any one advise if i would need to remove the whole chair (If so can you explain how)

Please help me

Thank you

Just to clear it up, the pin is what drops into the runners, when you pull the lever up the pin does not lift, cheers
