Our tuning ability doesnt stop at software! we can also offer pulley upgrades for

Main Dealer Approved

GAD are one of the few that are able to offer our serves to main dealers due to the nature of our insurance we can prove main dealers with bespoke application's and "one off editions" to any vehicle in there fleet.

DPF Removal

We are able to removal the entire DPF filter structure for most diesel

EGR Removal

We can create an EGR disable map to ensure the EGR is not able to allow
exhaust gas to pass through and potentially block the valve and or

Hi Spannaz,

We would advise you upgraded to a lager turbo unit, FMIC and hard pipe kit. Along with a free flowing exhaust to keep EGTS down of course nothing that's going to burst your ear drums but give a nice tone.

Hope this helps.

Many Thanks

Hi Steveoz,

With bespoke software we would look at seeing a helpful but not life changing 15 BHP - 20 NM with greater throttle response.

Or

Supercharger Kit making an out put of 500 BHP and 650 NM of torque.

For Further info please feel free to get in touch.

Kind Regards Gary @ GAD Tuning

Gary,

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but am VERY curious about getting more usable power.
I have the in line 6 cylinder diesel, it HAS had a remap, but not done on a rolling road, but was told it was NOT a generic remap.
I use the car for towing a heavy caravan, so lower range grunt is more my sort of thing, the one thing i have become to notice is that it seems to have good points of power, then looses it when you need it most, IE coming off roundabouts etc. Seems flooring it just makes alot of noise..............3/4 throttle does just the same but with better results.

Would you remapping system be able to improve on what has been done?
Would you be able to remove EGR and DPF systems?
Would i see any usuable and noticable gains from this?
the idea of bigger turbo etc is great.........trust me, :D:D:D but I know this comes at huge costs not just financially but also reliability etc, and for that i'd probably better off going down the V6 (272bhp) or the 5.5 V8 route, but i like the idea of still getting 40mpg, but being able to pull a house down with it, after all, I do NOT need a car that can go more than 80mph, how one gets there though is all the more fun!
And finally........................ball park figure? (money wise)
