Emissions cert

Hi all
I am just trying to apply for a emissions certificate for France but filling out the form I am stuck on last two questions.
I know that it is Euro 5 but it said look in field V7 and for Co2 looking field V9 well my log book only goes to field V5.
Never mind I have just found V7 halfway up page

Our older V5s don't have field V9. What I was told to do was to scan the Certificate of Conformity and send that with my application - and it worked fine. The Certificate of Conformity was in a yellow card wallet in with the Owners Handbook etc. It's all in German but one of the fields shows an EN standard number which is what tells those that know that it's Euro 5.

The V7 field does say for recent registration documents. When I first applied for my 2010 C207, I only sent the V5 copy and they issued the right category sticker. Try that and should be fine.

Mine took about two weeks to arrive. When it did it was cat '2' when everything had seemed to point to it being '4' (an A Class 160 - 2009) But I'm not complaining!

Category 2 is Euro 4 for petrol
